What it does

How to use

1. On the Start Here tab, enter the first day of your last period (and your usual cycle length if you know it).
2. Each day, pick your flow, mood and anything else from the dropdowns on the Daily Log.
3. Open your Dashboard — predictions get smarter with every cycle you log.

Microsoft Excel 2016 or later, including Excel 2019, 2021 and Microsoft 365 (Windows or Mac). Not designed for Google Sheets.
